These shared values have a strong influence on the employees that how they dress, act and perform their jobs. In simple term it can be explained that organizational culture is the internal atmosphere and the overall personality.
“At the deeper and less visible level, culture refers to values that are shared by the people in the group and that tend to persist over time even in group members changes. At the more visible level, culture represents the behavior patterns or styles of an organization that new employees are automatically encouraged to follow by their fellow employees. Each level of culture has a tendency to influence the other” (Kotter and Heskett, 1992, pg: 4).

Leadership
According to Northouse (2015) Leadership is a process whereby an individual influences a group of
individuals to achieve a common goal. Leader has the potential to influence the behavior of others.
Primary role of a leader is to implement change. According to
Dyer (1985) without a leader and leadership culture change is not possible.
Leaders have the responsibility to engage in action plans which focus on
cultural visioning. Leaders have the power and authority to bring new
assumptions and beliefs to the organization. Same time leader has to manage the
crisis come with organizational change. Schein (1985) argued that without
visionary leadership, significant culture change will not take place.
According to Lok and
Crawford (2004) that the national culture and leadership has an impact on
organizational leadership styles, organizational culture and their subsequent influences
on employee's job satisfaction and commitment.

subject of many researches due to increase in complexity of this particular
subject area in recent years. Therefore the way one views culture, will directly
